The company has\nalready an excellent track record for road side assistance and it is a natural\nstep for them to build on their experience and develop the global medical\nassistance for their existing clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was a true pleasure to see how the organization had\ncarefully developed systems, trained staff. The audit took place 3 weeks prior\nto the go-live date. No critical issues were discovered. The audit report gave recommendations\non what to adjust prior to launch and what to consider in the following 3-6\nmonths.
