{"id":314,"date":"2018-12-19T00:05:58","date_gmt":"2018-12-18T23:05:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/horskjaercph.eu\/?p=314"},"modified":"2018-12-19T00:05:58","modified_gmt":"2018-12-18T23:05:58","slug":"seasons-greetings-happy-new-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/horskjaercph.eu\/?p=314","title":{"rendered":"Season\u2019s Greetings &#038; Happy New Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Thank You to all I have met in 2018.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your support, your input, your challenges to me and your way of interacting with me is immensely rewarding.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>The biggest <em>Thank You<\/em> is to those of you who I now refer to as my clients.<\/strong> <\/span>Thank You for trusting in me and giving me the opportunity to show how I put the words in the<strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\"> Talent Cloud<\/span><\/strong> into action and to value for you.<\/p>\n<p>Several components in the leadership development part of the MBA journey made me realize, what is important for me. This led to a career change I had not imagined at the beginning of the year, but here I am as the owner of my own business.<\/p>\n<p>It is not because it is my own business it makes me happy. It is because what I do in my own business makes me happy. The way I work with my clients where I do exactly what my \u201cIndicator Talent Cloud\u201d has illustrated to me 2 years ago motivates me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-315 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/horskjaercph.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Talent-Cloud-300x237.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"237\" srcset=\"http:\/\/horskjaercph.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Talent-Cloud-300x237.jpg 300w, http:\/\/horskjaercph.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Talent-Cloud.jpg 652w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>It is incredibly rewarding to be allowed to work with organizations, who let me encourage, optimize, improve and enhance based on my experience. Looking at my <strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Talent Cloud<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0again, I realize this shows extremely well what I do and what I love to do with organizations.<\/p>\n<p>3 months after launching my own business and having 30+ meetings in 3 days at a recent conference my calendar is pretty booked for several months and with more in the pipeline.
